As always, the balance of the main consumer properties of such real estate is important:
- Proximity to a golf course, or even better to 2-3 courses for variety and better playing practice
- The homogeneity of the social environment as a guarantee of quality rest
- And of course, taking care of your family and children who do not play golf yet, but want to be close and enjoy a joint holiday.
This combination of qualities is an ideal, but an ideal available and possible, for those who cannot imagine themselves outside of golf and think with concern for their family.
In Europe there are many examples of projects aimed at the golf real estate segment. Among the countries that set the tone for leadership in this segment are Spain, Potrugalia, Ireland. However, there are also successful examples of golf real estate projects in the nearby Old World, and I would like to tell you more about one of these projects.
In Latvia, in the suburb of Riga, the city of Saulkrasti, a residential project Sun Republic has been built, ideally meeting all the main characteristics of golf real estate. Saulkrasti is a small resort town in Latvia, where this low-rise residential complex was built: business class residential buildings with a fitness room, restaurant, children’s center and other health infrastructure. The Sun Republic complex is located on the first line literally 100 meters from the sea coast, in a dune area with pine forests, winding rivers and clean air.
